Children and Youth
Currently, the Donway Covenant United Church offers one Sunday Worship service at 10:30 a.m. with an average attendance of 80.
All children are invited to share in the service, and also to enjoy the Christian books and art supplies available for them in the Narthex.
Children and youth are full participants in our Worship services, reading scripture, ushering, lighting Advent candles and counting the offering.
PROGRAMS AT THE CHURCH
Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Venturers, and Guides
If you are between the ages of five and 25, we have openings for you in the Scouting/Guiding Programs.
From September through June, campfires, cooking, knots and many other skills are explored.
Depending on age level, there are: crafts, games. Kub Kar races, canoeing, hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing and almost anything else you can imagine.
Caregivers and Tots
Our Parents and Tots Director (Abeda) operates the Early On Centre drop-in program for young parents and caregivers with preschoolers. All are welcome to gather for games, crafts, circle time and music on Tuesday & Thursday mornings, from 9AM - 10:30Am.
The program follows the TDSB school year calendar, with the same holidays.

Footprints Summer Day Camp
Our church is one of the four sponsoring churches of this not-for profit camp that provide a summer experience each year between July and August. The camp has the use of our gym, kitchen, classrooms, sanctuary, and green space. Click on the Footprints summer Day camp for a link to their website.
